Origin is the largest energy retailer in Australia, and with 4.3 million customers they are constantly evolving and changing to better suit their needs.
Origin's activities include power generation, energy trading, the sale of LPG, electricity, natural gas and solar as well as the development of new and emerging technologies.
The Story Group built the Origin 'microsite" to provide market insight, attitudinal & value-based segmentation and to aid in developing compelling customer value propositions for Origin's customers.
Through a secure intranet, Origin stakeholders log into the system and are served video content, interactive learning tools, and general textural content. The response was extremely positive with plans to extend the microsite in the future.
